As the only licensed Psilocybin Facilitator of the Loud Minds and Minds Quest practices, I am excited to share my journey and the vision behind our transformative initiatives. My career as a dynamic Healthcare Executive has been devoted to enhancing healthcare systems on both national and regional levels. With extensive experience in strategy and operations, I have made it my mission to drive positive change across the industry.

In 2020, I shifted my focus to coaching and consulting, realizing the profound impact of integrating professional and personal development for healthcare executives and clinical leaders. This passion led to my founding of Loud Minds, a practice specializing in Executive Lifestyle coaching and consulting for healthcare executives and leaders. There, I guide clients—executives, physicians, women, and entrepreneurs—on their journeys toward balanced transformation, emphasizing the vital importance of health in every facet of life.  I am pleased that Loud Minds now offers Intimacy and Relationship coaching, further demonstrating our commitment to holistic client care. This extension allows us to address the complexities of personal and professional relationships, facilitating deeper connections and growth.

Alongside Loud Minds, I proudly introduce Minds Quest here, our sister company dedicated to elevating the coaching field through offering innovative workshops and retreats for individuals, couples and groups.  

Among our exciting offerings is the inclusion of Psilocybin-assisted Coaching, available to all clients of Loud Minds and Minds Quest. This groundbreaking initiative provides a supportive environment for clients and those referred by trained professionals.

As I reflect on my journey, it becomes clear why I am passionate about offering Psilocybin-assisted transformation options to each Loud Minds and Minds Quest package. Growing up in a small town, I witnessed firsthand the profound effects of mental health challenges, particularly through my mother's struggles with bipolar disorder, multiple personality disorders, and her ongoing battle with codependency. These experiences deeply shaped my perspective and ignited a commitment within me to dedicate my life to helping others navigate their mental and emotional landscapes.

For many years, I worked within the traditional healthcare industry, where I focused on integrating mental, emotional, and spiritual health into the care provided. I felt driven to make a difference and bring about change in a system that often overlooks the holistic elements of well-being. However, as I achieved what I could within that framework, I found myself drawn towards coaching. This path allowed me to assist individuals seeking balance amidst the chaos of anxiety, work-life balance, and career progression.

Now, through the programs and services offered by Minds Quest, I am able to delve into the "undiscussables" that often hold individuals back—issues like intimacy in relationships, chronic anxiety, depression, and the addictions that often stem from trauma and chronic stress. With the optional integration of Psilocybin-assisted transformation into every package, I am so pleased to offer a unique opportunity for healing and growth that was not available to my mother during her lifetime.
